CD-Rs on XBOX

Guys,

My XBOX could not read some of the CD-R, I heard that most of XBOX doesnt read CD-R is it true??

if it is, but how come my XBOX could read some of the CD-R but doesnt read some of the others, any disk that I purchased could be detected and I believe there use dodgy one, but if I burn by myself it doesnt seem to work...

I am asking this question because if XBOX doesnt read CD-R how they can read some of my CD-Rs and can read CD music which I believe they use CD-R, is it azimuth problem that XBOX set it up differently or laser intensity, or any specific brand that can be used, etc..., Please help me, experts!!

Cheers

The newer xbox's can read cd-r's, or at least the ones with samsung dvd drives in them. The xbox's with the older drives can't read cd-r's very well, if at all.

Music cd-rs are made differenty because they are mass produced. If you want to play a music cd on your xbox, use cd-rw's, as those shoulc work fine.
