Very Very Stupid
How do u get any of the Free PSX boot software to work like any of these (Boot Replay, ImportPlayer, ImportPlayer Light, Xploder, or the PS-one Boot disk) thank you for your time and my laziness

You can't. They are bogus. You need to buy one of the discs you mentioned above.
