xbox HD gone to pot

Hi can any one help have a chipped xbox and last Saturday playing splinter cell hit the wrong button and installed xbox live software then it crashed rebooted and crashes all the time can any one tell me what the hell has gone wrong tryed to put it right by linkin the drive to a pc,not good drive will not show up tryed the way to get around this bye help off the internet does not work crashes before dashboard boots up,so can any one help [email protected]
