Sword of the Berserk

Hi all.
I was wondering what SPECIFIC downloaded utilities are needed for the Sword of the Berserk patch to work. I have the Self Boot Kit, but reading the text document, it sounds like everything will need to be entered manually. Am I right?
Here's what the text says:

"For all who want to have a selfboot-CD of this
Utopia BootCD release with perfect videoplaying,
just use this release to set the videofiles to the end
of the CD so that the videos play 100%!
1. Copy all Files of the Utopia BootCD version to your HD,
2. Insert a Dummy (000DUMMY.DAT)
Filelength 5.500.000 Bytes for a 80min CD-R (79:59min!)
3. Rename the file EIDOS.SFD to ZIDOS.SFD
4. Rename the file BERSERK2.SFD to ZERSERK2.SFD
5. Replace the original 1_READ.BIN with the 1_READ.BIN
included in this ZIP!
6. Use the ECHELON Selfboot kit to create the CD.
7. That's all! ;-) "

So I take it by "copying everything to my hard drive" it means copy and paste (and not CDRwin). Then it wants a dummy adder, which I take it must be a manual one and not an automated one like the kind I use. (What downloaded program should I use for that?) Then I just change some file names and extract over a file and everything's ready to burn via DiscJuggler.
So I guess my main hold up is which manual dummy adder works best?
Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
