Does anyone know a CDR drive that will make 1to1 copies of safediscv2?

You are best using a CloneCd supported writer and of course CloneCD.
The cloneCd website has a list of supported writers. Those that should be able to copy safedisc2 so that the copy runs in any cdrom are listed as "being able to do correct EFM encoding"
