SVCD, problems towards the end...

Hello I recently encoded a XSVCD (3 files) with "TMPEGinc plus 2.5". And burnt it to 3 discs (708mb each disc in file size) using Nero 5.5.10.0. They copied perfect at 8x and 12x. And when I put the first disc into my DVD player it started great, the sound was in line with the Video and the quality was really good 488 x 488 NTSC. But towards the end it started de-pixalizing and all green blocks occured which made the XSVCD no longer watchable . This was the same with each disc after about 27 mins. can anybody out there offer any helpfull tips or tell me what im doing wrong. I encoded perfectly by the way as I watched it first on my PC clear as a blue sky.
