I'm having problems.

No matter how I try and back-up a DVD I always get told that my DVD-R media is not big enough, of course I know that.

The program can't determine the size of media in my DVD Writer so I'm not sure if my Sony DW U-10A is compatible, I can't find a list of writers on Pinnacle's web site.

Has someone got the time to write an idiots guide, that works, and post it on the forum. That would be great.
