PS2Reality not working?

If anybody has experience with this program please help. This is my problem. I created the disc from the bin\cue files supplied on ps2newz, all went well. I load it on the ps2 and it boots through the playstation2 screen and on to a screen saying ps2reality. After this the disc continues spinning but does not sound like it is searching. I am under the impression that there is another screen following this that should be the browser\configuration\play screen. my ps2 boots all cd and dvd backups 100%. The only thing that does not boot 100% is xenosaga DVD9. Could this ps2reality problem be laser related maybe? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.
