Using Gameshark as bootup

I have downloaded the Gameshark CDX from this site and copied it onto a Nero CD-X. I have tried running it on my DC so that I can bootup my guenuine import "Flag to Flag" which does not bootup with Utopia. Nothing seems to happen, no message or image from the Gameshark and the game does not bootup. HELP!!!!!!!! Any ideas? What should happen? Do do anything else? I have been trying for months to get racing!!!!
