i just wanted to say thank you got my chip from charlie took about 10days to ship and after one pain in the ass installation taking the **** apart 3 times got it to work !
for all noobs out there PAY someone to install it for you trust me its worth every penny even if there charging you $100 !!!
so far ive backup up GTA3 and STATE OF EMERGENCY one with patch and one without not sure what bug fix patch did for SOE they both work as far as i can tell.
used RNM4.5 and princo 1 and 2x.....
