Patches for Fire Pro D translations and move edits?

i have been trying to find anyone that has the knowledge in making patches for My backup of this game(i like keeping my originals in mint shape!)I have noticed that making patches for games is a lot easier and more mainstream now that it was even a year ago and was wondering if any people here have tried it....

i would like to update the game with some of the moves and translations...... maybe some graphic changes too..i have already updated the logo screen with a newer logo from GSWF.ORG . as i have not been able to find a nexus card in my area(vancouver ,canada) and kinda skeptical of obtaining one online..as it to 2 months to get virtual pro wrestling 2 from a site(no names).

Making PPF files is very easy.
You can find tools here : http://www.megagames.com/dc/dc_ppf.shtml#PPF Utilities

But you should know that these tools compare original image with patched image, so if they are very different, your PPF file might be really big.
