Big problem with Rocky

Hi!

I burnt Rocky many times - and it loads. But always during my first fight, the Xbox hangs up (not always at the same time, but in the first fight)!!
What can I do?? Is there a patch for this game??

My Xbox is modded (EVO-X Modchip) and I use CD-RWs.

Another question: Do I generally need a patch for each game?
(I already burnt 14 games without patches and they work!)
