How to extract scenes from a dvd???

Hello, I have a question that prob. has been addressed before...

I have a situation where I have a movie that I want to cut certain scenes from it... Both the video and audio (dobly digital/DTS).. without changing the quality of the orig. footage...

What program will do this for me.... I have spent many, many hours searching for a program that will do this... (expecially that supports Dolby digital sound)..

Thanx for you time and help...

I have tried that program and it is really good at cutting footage, but unfortunatly with mpeg2 files with MPA, or wave sound... Not dolby digital... I wish it could supprot that sound for editing...

Thanx for the suggestion..
