Undetectable CD-RW!

I've been testing the program TZcopyprotection v.1.1 beta9 FREEWARE lately. I burned a modified BIN image of a CD (using all 3 steps) to a CD-RW to test it... But I've got a problem, the resulting CD is undetectable. i.e., when I put it in my CD drive, it says "no CD inserted". I can't re-format the CD-RW using Nero or any other program because it's simply not detected by the burner (please insert a CD-rewritable and press OK to continue). It is the burner itself that thinks there is no CD in the tray!

Has someone overthere got an idea of what I could do to bring back my CD-RW to life?

Thanks!
