flaskmpeg

i want to back up a dvd but ive run into a bit of a problem, ive ripped it to my hardrive and calculated the bitrate,but when i open it with flaskmpeg and when i press flaskmpeg iget a messsage that says(there was a problem while parsing the ifo file, read the documentation for its possible causes) ive read it could be something to do with a plugin being putin, but i dont know where to get it etc, help would be very appreciated
