polaroid burnmax48ex

Hi all!
i've bought an external polaroid burnmax48ex (usb). When i plug it (i'm using win98), windows detect something like USB 2.0 STORAGE DEVICE, i try to use USB drivers that my motherboard incluide (msi ms-6590 KT400) but windows not recognize them.
Once i cancell this (because i can't install usb 2.0 storage device) windows detect an unknown device...
What's the problem? somebody have this device?
