non solder chip don`t work
i have just purchased a non solder chip. for my V4 psx2
only becasue the warranty has just run out !! hehehe Now it is installed. i have tried backups of the following games. Rocky SSX Tricky Virtual Tennis Gumball 3000 Non of these games work at all. Rocky boots as far as the title screen then locks up. smae with Virtual Tennis, the other 2 dont een begin to work. I have heard that these non solder chips will only work on games under 650mb ??? is this true. Have i been had. Should i remove the chip and buy a messiah. Any help would be greatly appreciated Many thanks in advance |

just a thought would it be that i am using AR2 to boot the game. As i know there are other more reliable ways of booting PSX2 and swapping cd`s.

I think you need to visit this site
http://www.spiv.de/ps2 You need to patch certain games because their TOC (Table Of Contents) is too big
