CFS 3 gescannt

I have scanned CFS 3 with ClonyXL vers.08.08.2001.
It showed a simple protection SafeDisk.
I made a copy of CFS3 disk 2 both with CloneCD3 and CloneCD4,
the cd obtained didn't work at all.
I tried Alcohol 120% setting the protection first as SafeDisk and then as SafeDisk 2. In both cases I created a image copy of CSF3 disk 2 on the HD but the burning process of the cd didn't start.
I found in the log file of SafeDisk 120% the report of the error below:

07.25.47 Masterizzazione (cd burning) - RAW SAO + SUB - 8X (1200 KB/sec)
07.25.47 (W HP CD-Writer+ 9100 (1:0) : [SEND CUE SHEET ERROR]

Is there a hardware problem ? Have you any suggestion ? Thanks.

I don't think that CFS3 (it's Combat Flight Simulator 3, or?) is protected with that old Safedisc1-Shit.
I think it's the newest Safedisc 2.80.
I've read that CloneCD4 have some problems with SD2.80.

Try Alcohol 120% to copy that.

(I don't know about your HP-Burner is able to copy SD2 !!!)

pastis : your writer doesn't seem to copy safedisc 2 correctly. You can always try, but it probably won't work. Either use a crack, or make an image on your hard disk with clonecd and mount that using daemon tools. You can even compress the image files and write the archive on a cd. Not so handy as a direct copy but it IS a backup.

I think it is Safedisc 2.51. Not sure though.

Use Safedisc Analyser to get the exact version.
