Age of Sail 2 (SafeDisc)???Help

I have a bin and cue file of AOS2, I then burned the files using Fireburner to a Cd-R.
The cd was automatically labeled to AOS2, and the lets me install the game, and updates. When I try to play the game, it runs a cd check and prompts me to insert the correct cd. When I go to Windows explorer and browse the cd, I see all the files and folders there. Is there a way to change the executable and reburn the cd? I believe its uses a version of SafeDisc. Help.
