Fixed exe for Tiger Woods 2001 v1.1

Hey guys,

They just released a v1.1 patch for Tiger Woods 2001. I was wondering if anyone who has the game could make a fixed exe for the patch. Also, if it is not hard to do, could you tell me how to do it or what program to use. I would appreciate any help you guys could give me.
