Modchips going bad?
Can a modchip go bad in 1 part? I was at a ps2 repair shop and they said that they dont think that the wire was off they think that the modchip went bad. but it reads ps2 games just not ps1 games?

thats what the guy at the store that solders the modchip in thinks. and they dont sell chips. but he didnt look to smart anyway he holds cds wrong
