Clone CD question

I have problems getting Clone CD 4.2 to read any faster than 5k/ sec while making an image. This is a trial version and didnt know if this is part of the trial locks or something. How can I get it to read at my normal read speed of 40x? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are u trying to read? Have you used the previous versions without problems?
You may be possibly trying to read a Safedisk protected game which has several hundred read errors in sectors ~800-10000 This means that your drive may take a long time to read it to begin with. If so, visit the Daemon Tools website and download their software and read about their Fastdump feature which will speed up the reading of the errors.

Yes it is Safedisk 2.51 so try the Fastdump feature of Daemon Tools
