oh man i need advice please help!
ok i wanna buy a dvd writer in order to backup all my dvds and ps2 games now i need help on whats the best to buy?
somone told me pioneer dvd writer 104 was the best but i was also told toshiba dvd writer 5002 was just as good but im not sure which would be better? Any ideas anyone i'm gonna buy one very soon and need help badly. |

I'd stay away from Toshiba. All Pioneer's models like the A05, 105, A04, and 104 are highly recommended by everybody in the ps2 backup, including myself. Another good choice is the Sony DRU500A. It is very much like the A05 except it has the option of burning using +r and +rw. If you are going to be burning ps2 games and dvd these options arent necessary. Plus dvd+r media costs more.

Agree with Bighap - go for one of the Pioneer models, ideally the A05.
Need any links for reliable/cheap sellers?
