nero 5.5 copy from more than one disc and organise into folders on one disc

I have some files (not entire discs) that are stored on three seperate cds and a friend wants me to copy them onto one cd for him. I'd like to organise those files into folders of my own layout design on the one disc. But how do I do this using nero 5.5?
