Cdprot3 Usage

I use VOB to burn data CD-Rs with .mpeg1 video files on them. Sometimes an audio track, but not often. There may be as many as 5 video .mpeg1 files onboard.
I also use an "autorun.exe" to get it all started. It is a Flash program purchased from GSTechnologies and has the opening menu with it. There is also an xcter.exe as part of the GST AutoFlash program.
I would like to protect the CD product and my work using, perhaps, the Cdprot3 software.
Is there a tutorial or written manual that can explaine exactly how to use this, if it is supposed to work with my kind of situation?
Thank you,
Grafur
