trying to recover CD-r data

I backed up files to over 10 CDs with Direct CD.
They are all corrupt for some reason.
I tried CD-r Diagnostic and it has not been able to recover the data.
I tried ISO buster and I can get tracks off of the CD but there is no help file available for that software and I haven't a clue as to how to access the files trapped in the tracks..bins or what ever other formats it gnerates. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Clueless.
