lilo and stitch language patch

i was wondering if there was a multilanguage or english patch for lilo and stitch trouble in paradise?? the version i have is german and i was wondering if such a patch exists and if it can be used.

as there is an english version there will be no patch!!
the only psx game i have seen translated is cotton:fantastic night dreams
