NOLF 2 backup??

I have tried CloneCD4--Clony XXL and tried following the backup instructions on gamecopyworld.com.

No success backing up No One Lives Forever 2.

I have a Plexwriter 24/10/40A.

Any suggestions on how I can quit burning coasters?
