Please Help

Just installed Medal Of Honor (not original) into my new machine. Install went ok.
When i go to start game i get a message saying no CD Rom found, re-insert Disc!

I have nwe drivers installed etc etc.

Why?
It loaded ok! I can play other games ok! This did not happen with last PC.

Any help would be great. Thanks
