DVD backups
I have a ps2 model 3004R with the Rmod No soldier chip.
I have no problem copying ps2 cd's on my cd-recorder and playing them on my ps2. Now I want to move on and start copying DVD's I have searched arround for the best dvd recorder in the market for copying DVD games but haven't concluded yet. COLOR=firebrick]Could somebody please suggest which DVD writer should I buy?[/COLOR] Also I know that I need an original DVD that is bigger than the copied DVD, so the swap will work. I searched for game sizes and I found that the biggest games are: Time Crisis 2 and GTA3 with a size of 4.37 Gb. Has anybody tried playing dvd backups with these original dvd for swapping? Is there any newer tittle that has a bigger size than this?. Please help me, so I wont find my self buying unnececarry things.

As I have a direct boot chip(Messiah) I can't answer you question about the swap part... I do know that ALOT of people use the Devil May Cry dvd for their swap disc......
As far as the dvd writer is concerned..... Get yourself the Pioneer A03 or the A04....... A04 is the newer model but depending on how much money you have.....EITHER one will work GREAT.......
