Need help with 11700 LBA games

Hi,
I'm having problems with some of my games that are finiky about the LBA value of the 1st_read.bin.
When I change it to 11702 many of my games no longer work. I know there are ways around this, but I don't know how to do it without having the original *.cdi file. If anyone knows how to help me with this, I would GREATLY appreciate it.
I'm also having problems with certain games that have CDDA music. Examples are, Hydro Thunder, Q-bert, Soul Fighter, and others. For some reason I'm not able to get them to work after reburning them with CDRecord.
I use CDrecord for everything, by the way. I don't use CDRWIN.
