CDROm drive detects Nero 5.0.25 written Data CD-R as Track01 only

Hi Guys:
I have this problem. My Mitsumi CD-Rom Drive FX4010M!B detects a data format cd-r that I have created using Nero 5.5.24 on a Creative Labs CD-RW 1210E drive as Track01 only. Could it be the CD-R media I use? Its called Melody Groups Diamond 12x 80 min CD-R. I used Nero CD-Speed to ##### the Dye and it comes from Fornet International. The Dye number is 2.
