MAFIA 3 Help

im having trouble backing up Mafia 3..when i load cd one everything works but the install function and of course the play since i cant get it intall...
its no big deal if i cant get it to work
just i like to have a working backup copy for others that come over to play so nothing happens to my originials
anyhow i used Nero
and i have a Sony 10x im not sure model number
should i use something else or is it something that has to be patched or some other thing?
any help would be greatful
