Philips Cdrw2412 problems ?

Hi, does someone else have a problem with this recorder ? First two weeks were fine but now it has problems reading divx-cd's etc , and recognize these cd's as blank. Does it sound familiar to anyone ? Thanks in advance

divx cd's are just regular data cds?

Yes they are, but now i'm certain it's something wrong with the drive, cause it ejects cd's during reading other regular data cd's too... After burning a cd and eject the tray and then enter it again, the recorder just see a blank cd but i think the cd-rom can read it fairly.

what program are u burning with?

I've always used Nero, and now the 5.5.9.0 version. I also had Easy Cd Creator installed at the time when it started to fail, but I have formatted the harddrive since that and only used Nero without any better result.
