HELP with CD Problem!!

Help i have a couple of games that wont work due to scratches on the cd's. What i wwould like to know is this, is there a way to copy the CD's to another CD so the game will then work at all? I know when this happened on the Commadore 64/128 and the Amiga i could use a program that would copy the disk so that the copy would then work. But i am unsure if its possible with CD's and the PC. If there is a program out there that can do this can someone plz let me know.

When a cd is damaged, then you have a problem.
Nothing will help.
