Which mod chip for PS2 version 39001?

I have a new PS2, Version 39001. I'm having trouble finding a mod-chip for this. If anyone has information on a mod chip for me I would appreciate it.

If PAL messiah. If NTSC Neo Chips. My suggestion... Wait for NTSC messiah (if your sys is NTSC).
