Please help with patching psx game

I've been making back-ups for games for awhile now, but I have never encountered one that needed to be patched. This particular game happens to be Yu-Gi-Oh Forbidden Memories. The only problem is, is that I downloaded it ( .001, .002 ect.. format which extracts into a bin/cue ) and I also downloaded the patch but I do not understand how to use it. Help would be very much appreciated. Thank you
