Morrowind NO CD

I just ordered Morrowind today so it will be here some time this week. I read on several sites that it is best to have the no cd patch so that the game runs smoother. I have found like four on the game copy world site and im not sure which one to pick. Could someone tell me one that works for sure that they've tryed? on two of the main ones it says "Copy the Video directory from the CD to the game directory." on the second thing to do to install the patch, so what do i do there? and where is the video directory at and what part of the game directory to i put it??? thanks guys
