FIFA 2002 World Cup and Windows 2000!

Hi all,

Is anybody facing problems with Fifa 2002 World Cup and Windows 2000?

When it tries to load the match after selecting the side you're playing with it closes FIFA and returns to windows.

Any ideas? I have directx 8.1.
