Trouble with the LG-8120B CDRW

I have an LG-8120B CDRW. It works great except that it does not copy PSX games. I have a creative CDRW at work which I use the latest Nero on and it copys with out any problems.

My new LG-8120B at home, however, is a problem. I use the same version nero software at home, and it tells me I have made a successful copy, however, the copy does not work. If I look at the contents of the disk in my file manager, I can see all of the files are there, however, it just will not play in my PSX machine.

If I take my home image file (created on the LG CDRW) with me to work and burn it there, it works. This would indicate to me a problem with either the LG CDRW itself or the drivers.

I have a friend who purchased the same unit and has the exact same problem. We have also tried to use CDRWIN instead and the results seem to be worse in that the files are not visible on the disk in any file manager.

Are we doing something wrong or do we require different CDRW's. This whole copy thing seems to be very finicky at best.
