DUP-DVD Ver 2.06 /2.10

I bought (must be sucker) Dup-Dvd ver 2.10 after spending 3 days
trying to get it working I contacted Dup and they said, Oh must be bug as it found my DVD and CD Writer but it when u opened dup they disappeared and all u could do is copy image to image.
They stated download ver 2.06 .
Ok did that put in code as I was told and presto......
It still didnt work.
Turned off all back-ground running software and after9 days trying to get it to work I maged to get 2 bin copied to hard disc as it would not write to cd.( did on demo version ) but would not after key inserted.
Now have bin files. dup unhelpful in support.
Running win 98 and win 2000 Pc's so tried both op's and still cant write bin's or go straight to cd any idea's for those who got it working ???????
Very annoyed spent cash for as of yet nothing.
