No solder Mod not workin or is it me?

Hello all!

Havin a few probs. I got another PS2 last week 30003 R (V5) Got a no solder mod chip from easybuy200 and fitted as per instructions.

All my original PS2 games work but none of my backups. CD based or the DVD silver I have. the PS2 is PAL and I am using AR2 which i bought new. What could the problem be? I hade PS2 before with a neo key and gave it away cos I wanted to use DVD-R's. So the cd backups i have did work before.

Could anyone give me some help.
