hp 9300 series

what do you guys rate the hp 9300 series cdrw?
are they a descent writer- i have a phillips cdrw, but is onlyx4 speed,may use that to burn sd2 discs(hopefully) and hp to write to disc, if supports sub channel data?
what u think?
