Win98SE, Zp, Office Xp

Hi, I am completly new to these CD burning copying thing, I got Windows98 SE, Xp and Office XP. I wonder how should I copy it to another CD, is there are CD protection on it? If so how do I do it? Thank you!
P.S. I've looked at other forums and threads too but it was so technical that I don't really understand it...
