patching a bin's file

i patch it works find then i used nero to burn the iso back on cd cause it gose 12x burn unlike cdrwin 1x i patch medal of honor i patched it to put in the nstc/pal which i dont need but it has a trainer in it buwhen i patch a iso i use cdrwin to read the cd and make it a iso but the game works fine but have no idea how to get the trianer to work just wondering if i have to use cdrwin read and write or just a dead patch i used ????
