 What are you wanting to make?????? Be a little more specific and maye people can help.....Are you want to convert your 2100 to a 2200........???????HHmmmmm........... Little more info Please!!!!!!

it probably has to do with the firmware, or setting a pin on the back. im not going to say anything else, because the water is already almost over my head.

As far as I know there is NO WAY to convert a 2100 to a 2200.
The 2100 does not have buffer underun nor does it write ECM bits correctly. The 2200 does all of this. If anybody else knows please post a reply, but I dont think there is much hope.... Here's a list that might be of interest if you are thinking about upgrading your drive!
