Swing Away Golf

I lost my backup of Swing Away Golf that someone else made for me.
I have the original and need to know how to copy it.
Do I need to apply an EA patch to it?
or can I just use clonecd?

I made a backup from an original using CLONE CD with no problems last week, no need to patch just burn it and then boot it.
