I would like to make a backup copy of the game Alice. I have tried several things including CloneCD with no success. I must be doing something wrong, evidently! I have a hp pavilion 750n computer with a hp cd-writer and a dvd-rom. This is fairly new to me so if you have the answer try to help me in steps. I am running Windows XP on this system. Thanks

If all else fails...copy the contents of the alice cd to a temporary folder on your hard drive...then burn the contents to a cd using the same name as the original cd....well waddya know!!(sometimes when u do this though you will need a generic no cd crack to start the game up without the cd)Hope this helps!!

You will definitely have to use a crack, if you copy the shit to your hd.
The game is sd2 protected (don't know the version anymore). Solutions: Your writer is capable of doing sd2 ==> Use the right settings (use clony xxl) Your writer isn't capabale of doing sd2 ==> Make an image with clonecd and use either betablocker or the aws feature of cloned (latest version) Your copies are still coasters ==> Do like Lil_Hacker said and get a crack
