Newbie Q: Burning B/U of Syphon Filter 3

I am trying to back up my Syphon Filter 3 disk for PSX but just got a new PC and am having trouble.

PC is running on XP with Nero 5.5. CD-RW drive is a Philips.

Nero get through the copying the image onto the harddrive and then burps at about 7% complete of the burn.

Any ideas?
