Simple Newbie Question

how do I burn an ISO using CDRWIN?
I usually use Nero to burn thing will that do the trick?
I want to burn an ISO using these settings (CDROM-XA MODE2).

I have always used nero to burn ISO images. Just go to file, burn image. Select the image, and leave the settings on the default setting. If it doesn't work, then you are out what, a 10 cent CD? Good luck..
